Soft hay to rest on, food at the end of your nose . . . such is the good life.
Tree full of robins, it must be Spring.
Little Sister, Too is a bit indignant at having been stuffed into the dog kennel for a trip to the vet.
Couldn't do without Dennis. Critical audience watching his every move.
Sandy whispering something in Alice's ear.
Me standing on the deck, with shadow of cow mowing lawn. Thought the light was beautiful.
Smart goat using his sibling's horn to scratch between his ears.
New pond residents -- looking forward to some goslings soon.
Is this a beautiful farm, or what?
Wonder how many babies are in there.
Little Sister, Too is due to kid May 7th. Just hope I'm back from my conference in time. Saw a fox yesterday and feel sure it knows there are fresh "appetizers" coming soon. I keep having to fill in tunnels and holes into the barn. Sure hope Captain is up to the challenge. Didn't worry so much last year because the sheep, with their guard dog, were still here.
A. New Spring bonnet.
B. Going incognito.
C. Take-out.
D. All of the above.
(Can you believe all of the photos above were taken with my iPhone?)
so glad to see a post again! I'm going to go with A- spring bonnet for the above photo! I also can not believe your IPhone took all of these. My favorite photo is you standing on the deck...that is a great shot! I have to say I"m a little worried about the pregnancy ward this year...seems like there are always crazy stories! Is everyone pregnant or just a few?
ReplyDeleteYes loving the new updates. Hope work has slowed down for you :)
ReplyDeleteI am opting for "incognito"... I think your goat is up to something!
ReplyDeleteYour farm is, indeed, beautiful. I wish I could relocate all of the robins and doves from my house to your farm - the nests are full of baby birds and I am fretting myself senseless about making sure those babies make it! I think your farm would be a safer place, plus I would like to mow my yard (and I am sure my neightbors would like for me to do so, as well. I don't want to disturb the babies). Love ya and take good care of all your critters. Carla
